The daily rhythm
Drop-off, pickup, and the leash rules
- Drop-offs
- Stack up 8 to 10 AM. Book early and the day goes smoother for everyone. The anxious-dog slow lane takes the very first slot, before the dryers get going.
- Pickups
- Roll 1 to 4 PM. You get a text when the dryer starts with a real window, so nobody camps in the lobby or circles the lot. Miss the window? No drama, we’ll keep them comfy.
- Leashes & carriers
- Dogs come in on a leash, a real one, not a retractable at full sail. Cats ride in carriers, both ways, no exceptions. The lobby stays boring on purpose.
