Pickups
Roll 1 to 4 PM. You get a text when the dryer starts with a real window, so nobody camps in the lobby or circles the lot. Miss the window? No drama — we’ll keep them comfy.
Leashes & carriers
Dogs come in on a leash — a real one, not a retractable at full sail. Cats ride in carriers, both ways, no exceptions. The lobby stays boring on purpose.
